To deposit using Trustly (Finland Customers only) :

3. Then depending on the channel, you would either be shown a QR code (desktop) or a link to open your bank.

4. Upon clicking the link it would open up your banking app (if installed).

To withdraw, please follow the below instructions. (Finland Customers Only)

Select Trustly within the cashier and enter the amount you wish to withdraw.
You will then be required to select the bank of your choice, just like when depositing.

3. Should you select the same bank used to deposit, the details will be stored and will be displayed for you.

4. Once the withdrawal has been approved a message will be sent to advise you.

Please be advised all withdrawals can take up to 24 hours to be released, once released the funds will be with you in 1 - 3 working days (Mon - Fri).
