Depositing And Withdrawing By A Debit Card

Customers within the UK and Ireland will find their debit card the most convenient way to deposit funds. We accept Visa and Mastercard. Transactions are completed on a Secure link between us and your bank.

 

Please note that due to banking restrictions, on occasion withdrawals may not be processed, however, in these circumstances we will endeavour to send your funds via bank transfer back to the same bank account that the Mastercard you used to deposit with is registered to.  Our company cannot be held liable for any charges incurred.

You will need to provide us with your CSC number on each deposit you make with any card you have registered with us.

We reserve the right to cancel and re-process the withdrawal of funds in order to comply with card scheme rules. 

 

These are the default minimum and maximum deposit transaction limits. Please be aware that they may be different from your personal deposit transaction limits.

Approval can take up to 24 hours due to compliance and security processing checks.

There are no withdrawal limits for all other currencies.

Unfortunately, we are not able to process payments directly from some online bank accounts at this time. For now, please use a debit card associated with a traditional bank. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and are working to expand our payment options in future.
