Betvictor - GEO Location Guide

We have Geo Location enabled on our website to allow us to control access to our site/Apps from restricted territories.

The following guide shows you how to notify us of your current location, so we can check that we’re permitted to offer you gambling services in that country.

Android

Step 1. Turn on your location

  1. On your Android phone or tablet, go to the Phone Settings app Settings.
  2. Under "Personal," tap Location. (Depending on your device, this may be found elsewhere).
  3. Turn the switch on.
  4. Open the Betvictor site in your mobile browser and refresh the webpage.
  5. If you don’t see an error after you open the Betvictor site, when you see the message about your device’s location, tap Allow.
  6. If you still get an error when you open the Betvictor site, follow the instructions below.

Step 2. Give current access to your browser location

  1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Chrome app Chrome.
  2. In the top right, tap More .
  3. Tap Settings.
  4. Under "Advanced," tap Site settings.
  5. Tap Location > turn it on.
    • If you see "Location access is turned off for this device," tap the blue words > on the next screen, turn on location access.
    • If you see "blocked" under "Location," tap Blocked > tap any Google sites that you see > Clear & Reset.
  6. Open the Betvictor site in your mobile browser and refresh the webpage.

 

iPhone & iPad

Step 1. Turn on location

1. On your iPhone or iPad, open your Settings app.

2. Tap Privacy > Location Services > Safari Websites.

3. Make sure Location Services is on.

4. Select the method you're using our services from (app or web browser) and under "Allow Location Access," tap While Using the App.

 

Step 2. Give current location access on your browser

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open your Settings app.
  2. Tap General > Reset.
  3. Tap Reset Location & Privacy.
  4. If asked, enter your passcode.
  5. You'll see a message that says, "This will reset your location and privacy settings to factory defaults." Tap Reset Settings.
  6. Open Safari.
  7. Go to the Betvictor website
  8. To give Safari access to your location, tap Allow or OK.
  9. To give Betvictor access to your location, tap OK.
