My returns were less than my bet slip indicated, why?
When adding a selection and stake to your bet slip you will notice 'Potential Returns' displayed on the bet slip.
This is the maximum amount of money you could potentially win from the bet; this is not a guaranteed return, it is the possible return, depending on the outcome of the bet.
If it returns less than that amount when the bet is settled it can be for a number of reasons.
- Each way bet and your selection only placed.
- Returns may have been subject to a Rule 4 deduction.

- Bet was placed using Sports Bonus funds; total stake will not be returned.
- Selection tied and was settled as a dead heat.
- One selection may have been made void in a multiple bet.
If you are still unsure how the returns from your bet were calculated after taking these factors into consideration, you can get in touch anytime via Live Chat, email at help@betvictor.com and you can now request a Call Back (In English Only) on the Contact Us page.
