What is Enhanced Due Diligence?

Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) is all about making sure we know our customers during the time they have an account with us.

We need to be comfortable that our customers are enjoying betting and playing within their budget (also known as affordability)

We also need to make sure that they are who they say they are.

Every customer is different so we may ask for different details according to a customer's deposits, win/loss ratio or other betting behaviour. If you need to upload documents or if we need some more info from you, we'll make this quick and easy with simple-to-follow onsite instructions. Of course, all of your information is kept private and confidential.

The GB Gambling Commission requires these processes to protect customers against losing more than they can afford. The welfare of our customers will always be BV Gaming's number one priority.
