BetVictor cannot be held liable for any loss of stake or potential winnings due to slow internet speeds or disconnections on the players’ side.  However, in case of time outs or loss of connection, the following procedures are in place to protect the player

Roulette: if you are disconnected from a game round, any placed bets remain valid and are settled in your absence. Upon reconnecting, you can view bet outcomes in the History window.

Instant Roulette: if connection is lost after a bet is placed but before the PLAY NOW button is clicked/tapped, the game will be resumed after successful reconnection. If disconnection occurs after a bet is placed and the PLAY NOW button is clicked/tapped, your bets will be accepted. After reconnecting you will be able to see the game outcome in the history window.

Blackjack: if you are disconnected from a game round, any placed bets remain valid and are settled in your absence. Upon reconnecting, you can view bet outcomes in the History window.

Craps: if you are disconnected from a game round, any placed bets remain valid and are settled in your absence. Upon reconnecting, you can view bet outcomes in the History window.

Lightning Blackjack: if you are disconnected from a game round while betting time remains, any placed bets will be void and the bets returned to you. If you are disconnected after betting is closed, placed bets remain valid and are settled in your absence. Upon reconnecting, you can view bet outcomes in the History window.

Infinite Blackjack: if you are disconnected from a game round while betting time remains, any placed bets will be void and the bets returned to you. If you are disconnected after betting is closed, placed bets remain valid and are settled in your absence. Upon reconnecting, you can view bet outcomes in the History window.

Power Blackjack: if you are disconnected from a game round while betting time remains, any placed bets will be void and the bets returned to you. If you are disconnected after betting is closed, placed bets remain valid and are settled in your absence. Upon reconnecting, you can view bet outcomes in the History window

Infinite Free Bet Blackjack: if you are disconnected from a game round while betting time remains, any placed bets will be void and the bets returned to you. If you are disconnected after betting is closed, placed bets remain valid and are settled in your absence. Upon reconnecting, you can view bet outcomes in the History window

Poker: if you are disconnected from a game round while betting time remains, any placed bets will be void and the bets returned to you. If you are disconnected after betting is closed, placed bets remain valid and are settled in your absence. Upon reconnecting, you can view bet outcomes in the History window

Game Shows: if you are disconnected from a game round, any placed bets remain valid and are settled in your absence. Upon reconnecting, you can view bet outcomes in the History window.

Cash or Crash: if you are disconnected from a game round, any bet placed remain valid and is settled in your absence, Also, if you are disconnected for an entire Decision Phase, you will be cashed out at the next green ball decision prompt. Shorter disconnections during a Decision Phase may mean your last selection is not registered. Upon reconnecting, you can view the game result in the History window.

Baccarat & Sic Bo: if you are disconnected from a game round, any placed bets remain valid and are settled in your absence. Upon reconnecting, you can view bet outcomes in the History window.

Pragmatic Live

If a disconnection occurs before the ‘BETS CLOSED’ message appears on the screen and your bets were not yet accepted by the server, your bets will not be deducted from your balance, and you will not participate in the game round. Once reconnected, please verify your balance and inform your Casino Operator immediately if there are any issues. If disconnection occurs after the ‘BETS CLOSED’ message appears on the screen and your bets were accepted buy the server, the game will proceed as normal, and any winnings will be processed according to the game result regardless of the disconnection.
