- QUALIFYING BETS (SPORTS & CASINO)
7.1 Our sports betting rules for football apply to our Competitions during the Competition Period which you can consult on our website or access these here.
7.2 Each Qualifying Bet which you place during the Competition Period will generate a 6- digit Code that will constitute an entry by you into:
(a) The Crack The Code competition
(b) The Extra Prizes competition
7.3 To place a Qualifying Bet within the Sportsbook, you must place a bet at odds of at least 1.5 (1/2) (hereon referred to as “Minimum Odds”) with a Total Stake of at least £/€/$ 5 (five) (hereon referred to as “Qualifying Stake”) on an outcome related to the World Cup 2022 (hereon referred to as a “Qualifying Selection”) using either real cash or Bonus Funds.
7.4 Partial stakes on a Qualifying Selection will not count, regardless of whether once amalgamated, they all total to £/€/$ 5 (five) or more.
7.5 For the avoidance of doubt, there is a maximum of 1 (one) Code available per Qualifying Selection.
7.6 For the purposes of an each-way bet, the Total Stake must be at least 5 (five) (for example, a £2.50 (two pound fifty pence) each-way bet on England to win the World Cup would qualify).
7.7 Permutation bets will be considered in the scope of code award and, depending on the bet type and unit stake, there will be a range of codes that may be awarded, up to a maximum of 10 (ten). For example, a win Trixie with a unit stake of at least 5 (five) would result in 4 (four) codes being earned, as a Trixie comprises of 4 (four) individual bets. A win Trixie with a Unit Stake of £1.25 (one pound twenty-five pence) would result in just 1 (one) code being earned, as the Total Stake would equal to £5 (five pounds).
7.8 For any bet type where the breakdown of bets is greater than 10 (ten), for example: a Lucky 15 (fifteen), there would be a maximum of 10 (ten) codes available to be earned, assuming all other qualifying criteria has been met.
7.9 A Qualifying Bet can only be placed by you on our website (under the competition heading of World Cup) and excludes any bets placed prior to our Competition Period. You must also be in one of our Available Territories to be able to place a Qualifying Bet.
7.10 A Qualifying Bet in Casino shall be deemed as £/€/$ 10 (ten) of turnover on a Qualifying Casino Game during our Competition Period.

7.12 Qualifying Casino Games will be clearly presented within the casino game lobby on our website where a new “Crack the Code Games” tab will appear and be made available during the Competition Period.
7.13 There are a maximum of 20 (twenty) Codes that you can earn per Competition Day across Sportsbook and Casino. This equates to a maximum of 10 (ten) codes per product per day which you are eligible to obtain.
7.15 If you attempt to submit a Qualifying Bet but you are unable to do so for any reason (for example, due to website outage or internet disconnection) such attempt will not be a valid Qualifying Bet and a code will not be generated by us.
7.16 A Qualifying Bet will be successfully submitted by you:
(a) If your account is still considered to be an active account by us at the point of submission of the Qualifying Bet; and
(b) The Qualifying Bet is listed within the “Account History” section located on your Customer Account.
7.17 We will not accept responsibility for Qualifying Bets that are not accepted or delayed in transit, regardless of cause.
7.18 For help with entries, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
8.1 When you place a Qualifying Bet in either Sportsbook or Casino, you will be issued with a 6-digit Code which will be available to view within the Crack The Code Competition tab of our website.
8.2 Each digit of the Code relates to a statistic that will occur within the World Cup Final on Sunday 18 December 2022.
8.3 The relevant statistics comprising a Code are: “Cards” (Team A/Team B), “Corners” (Team A/Team B) and “Shots on Target” (Team A/Team B).
8.4 Team A will be deemed to be the first-named team in the World Cup Final on our website. For example, England (Team A) -v- Brazil (Team B).
8.5 A Code will therefore look like this (Example: 2-2-3-3-4-4) where the first 2 (two) digits relate to Cards (2 (two) cards for each team in the example), Corners (3 (three) corners or each team in the example) and Shots on Target (4 shots on target for each team in the example).
8.6 Code digits can range from 0-9 (zero to nine), where the digit 9 (nine) will also count for any final tally that is above 9 (nine). For example, if one team had 12 (twelve) shots on target, this will be represented as the digit 9 (nine) on the final winning Code for the statistic.
8.7 There are a total of 1 (one) million unique Codes and if/when all one million codes have been issued, we will begin re-issuing them. Hence it will be possible for the same code to be issued more than once.
8.8 Codes can be earned up to Kick-Off of the World Cup Final on Sunday 18 December 2022.
8.9 For the avoidance of doubt, Codes are not transferable or exchangeable. They cannot be modified.
- CODE STATISTICS & RESULTING
9.1 The Winning Code will be derived from the relevant statistics in Normal Time only. For the avoidance of doubt, Extra Time and Penalty Shootout will not count.
9.2 Data for the Official Result to the Crack The Code Competition will be provided to us by OPTA. All other data displayed on our website related to the World Cup Final statistics will not influence the Official Result of Crack The Code Competition. For example, all data forming part of our scoreboard visualisation of the World Cup Final is distinct and unrelated to the data which OPTA will provide to us for the purposes of governing our Crack The Code Competition.
10.1 Only cards shown to players after they take to the pitch for the first time and before they leave the pitch for the final time will count. For the avoidance of doubt, cards shown to non-players (for example managers) do not count towards the total.
10.2 If a player receives 2 (two) yellow cards and is consequently shown a red card, the player will be deemed as having received a total of 2 (two) cards. No individual player will be able to receive a total number of cards exceeding 2 (two). For the avoidance of doubt, a straight red card is counted as 1 (one) card in every circumstance.
10.3 Cards shown after the final whistle of a football match has been blown will not count.
11.1 Only corners taken will count. If a corner is re-taken, it will count as 1 (one) corner.
- SHOTS ON TARGET
12.1 A shot on target (as defined by OPTA) is any goal attempt that:
(a) goes into the net regardless of intent; or
(b) is a clear attempt to score that would have gone into the net, but for being saved by the goalkeeper or is stopped by a player who is the last man with the goalkeeper having no chance of preventing the goal (last line block).
12.2 Shots directly hitting the frame of the goal are not counted as shots on target unless the ball goes in and is awarded as a goal. Shots blocked by another player, who is not the last man, are not counted as shots on target.
12.3 There are examples where it is not easy to confirm whether a shot is deemed to be a shot on target or not. For guideline purposes only, we have listed a selection of the most common scenarios in this regard within Schedule 1 of these T&Cs, but in all cases the final composition of the winning code within the Crack The Code Competition will be decided using data provided by OPTA as at 16:00 CET on Monday 19th December and that result shall be full and final.
12.4 For the avoidance of doubt, we will result the Competitions using data provided by OPTA. We will announce the Official Result on our Website, on conclusion of the World Cup Final, at 16:00 CET on Monday 19 December 2022 using OPTA data. Once the Official Result is live on our website, the data will be deemed official, full and final and will not be subject to any changes by us.
13.1 In the event that there is more than 1 (one) winning customer of the Crack The Code Competition, the Prize(s) shall be paid in full to each winning customer. In the unlikely event of this situation occurring, it may only occur where more than 1,000,000 (one million) Codes have been issued to participating customers so that the winning Code has potentially been issued more than once.
13.2 Each of the Prize(s) are not negotiable or transferable. They cannot be traded, negotiated, modified or otherwise.
13.3 Within 5 (five) Business Days from us announcing, accepting and verifying the winning Code on the Announcement Date, the relevant Prize(s) will be credited to the account of the winning customer(s).
13.4 If there is no winning customer of the Crack The Code competition, no prize will be
paid out by us.
13.5 All Prize(s) shall be denominated in GBP on our Website but will be awarded to winning customer(s) in the currency that their winning Qualifying Bet was placed in. For example, if the winning customer placed all qualifying bets in EUR, they will be awarded €100,000 (one hundred thousand EUR).
13.6 If any element of our Crack The Code or Extra Prizes Competitions are disrupted, due to factors outside of our reasonable control, such as FIFA decisions, match cancellations or otherwise, we reserve the right to withhold payment of the Prize(s) until notified further by us on our website.

- CUSTOMERS CLAIMING A PRIZE(S)
15.1 We endeavour to make all reasonable efforts to contact the Prize(s) Winner(s). If the Winner(s) cannot be contacted or appear unavailable to one of our agents, or the Prize(s) have not been claimed within 30 (thirty) Business Days from the Official Result publication on our Website, we will consider the winning customer to have forfeited their claim to their Prize(s). In these circumstances, we may, at our discretion, retain or redistribute the relevant Prize(s) as we consider fit, necessary, or proper.
15.2 In situations where the winning customer of our Competitions has self-excluded or used the time-out facility on our website after placing a Qualifying Bet, we will:
(a) Notify the winning customer, using their registered details, of any winnings or Prize(s) relating to such Qualifying Bet; and
(b) Upon request by the winning customer, we will credit any winnings and/or Prize(s) associated to the Qualifying Bet to the winning Customer Account.
