Why has my deposit been declined but my bank account still charged?

The amount is being temporarily held by your bank or card issuer pending the approval of the purchases you attempted at BetVictor. After 10 business days from the date of the declined transactions, if the funds have not been returned to your account or remains as a debit on your statement please contact us with the following information so that we can initiate an investigation:

  • Time and Date of the Transaction
  • Amount & currency
  • Payment Method/ Card Issuer
  • Transaction Reference Number
  • Any relevant account history or statements for your payment method showing that the payment was successfully debited
