As a first step to verify your name and date of birth one of the following can be provided:
- Passport: Full page (including MRZ code)
- Driver's Licence: (Front and Back)
- National ID Card: (Front and Back)
Please ensure that you provide the document as a coloured copy and all information on the document is visible. Please also ensure that this document is uploaded via the ‘Confirm Your Age’ button for this to be successful.
Next, to verify your address you can provide either a utility bill or bank statement dated within 3 months. An exception to this is if you hold a valid driving licence, then this can be used as proof of address if an alternative document is provided for age verification (ie Passport).
We accept the following documents for proof of address:
- All Utility Bills
- Tax Revenue Letters
- Sky or Internet Bills
- Council Tax Bills
- Bank Statements
- Government Letters
- Driver's Licence (if not already supplied for ID)
Please ensure that this is a coloured copy and we’re able to see all the information that we have requested on the same page, for example: your name, address and date issued.
In the unlikely event we don’t receive these details your account will remain restricted, meaning that you will be unable to make any deposits/withdrawals and place bets or wagers using bonus/real funds. Your account will remain restricted until both identity and proof of address documents are verified (this applies to UK accounts only; all other countries have 72 hours to verify their identity and 28 days for their address before any restrictions are applied to the account).
